Toronto School of Circus Arts

I go to the Toronto School of Circus Arts on Tuesday and Saturday. On Tuesday I to handstand and trampoline. Handstands is fun and I want to hold a handstand for at least 30 seconds. That's my goal. And on the trampoline I want to learn how to do front flips and back flips. I can do them on regular backyard trampolines but I'm told that on the Olympic trampolines which I train on, doing flips are harder. But I'm learning quickly.

On Saturday, I do acrobatics. We do front walkovers, back walkovers, bridges and front tucks. My goal is to do a front tuck without a mat.

The circus school is in Downsview Park which takes an hour to get to. What we do is walk to the Bingham Loop take bus 12 to Victoria Park subway station. Then we go west to St. George station. Once we are there, we go north to the end of the line at Downsview. We then take the 84 bus to John Jury Drive. Then we walk 10 minutes to the circus school.

That is where I do my training.

The end

  1. These are fantastic goals. How long can you hold a handstand today? What is a walkover?

By the way, I think the address is on John Drury Drive.
