Last weekend, I went to my Nonno's friend's cottage in Algonquin Park. We left from the condo with Nonno, Papa, Mama, DeMille, Butler and I. It was very squishy in the car. When we arrived it was already dark outside and we were all very tired. Mr. Mezaros warned us not to go to far from the house at night because there are bears and moose that roam around. We all slept well that night.
In the morning Mr. Mezaros left. DeMille and Papa went kayaking and canoeing in the lake. When I woke up I went down to the lake as well and found the paddle boat. I went swimming a bit. We eventually got Sheeweetie. We also went to the marina for Kawartha Ice Cream. It was so good. In the evening, we watch and old movie on video tapes. Soo Old. And we would do that every day.
On the second last day, we went horse back riding at 9 am. My horse was named Rider. It was a ride but there was a lot of mosquitoes and horseflies. Overall it was very fun.

New York, New York -Day One
3 weeks ago, We went to New York City for holiday and a scout trip. We left Toronto on the 8th of June from Billy Bishop Airport (Billy Bishop was a WWI flying ace)to Newark, New Jersey using Porter Air. Porter Air has a lounge for all passengers that had free Sprite, Coke, Ginger Ale and Ice Lemon Tea and chips.
When we arrive in Newark International Airport, we took the Monorail to the Newark International Airport Station. The train took us under the Hudson River to Penn Station in the middle of Manhattan. We the walked to 8th and 37th where our hotel the Homewood Suites Midtown Manhattan. Our flight was delayed by many hours so we went to bed as soon as we go into the room.
